A 7-ounce flat iron steak with Cabernet Sauvignon Demi-glacé cooked to order and paired with a 5-ounce lobster tail with drawn butter and a Maryland crab cake with our house remoulade. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
